While we focus on the main personal statement, the “Story Audit” often uncovers themes perfect for supplemental “Why Us” or “Community” essays.

Not at all. This session is designed specifically for students who are starting from scratch or have too many disconnected ideas. Your student will complete an intake survey prior to the session to start sharing information about their background.

During our session, we focus on building the strategy now so your student can enjoy the end of the semester (and focus on their finals) knowing they have a writing roadmap in place. The writing process will begin in July, once school is out.

Most college consultants recommend starting the brainstorming process in the spring of Junior year. Our Strategy Session allows students to lock in their essay hooks and writing roadmap before summer break, preventing the ‘August panic’ that many seniors face.
